Terms of Service

InfinityLogz is a marketplace. Merchants list digital goods and services; buyers pay from a wallet held on the platform. We operate the escrow, the delivery mechanism and the dispute process. We are not the seller of items listed by merchants, and a merchant is responsible for what they list.

You must give accurate details when you register, including a phone number you control. Your dedicated funding account is issued against that number.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Choose a password you do not use anywhere else, and tell us immediately if you think somebody else has access.

One person, one account. Duplicate accounts created to evade a suspension will be closed.

Funds you transfer to your dedicated account are credited to your wallet balance. That balance is spending power on InfinityLogz; it is not a bank deposit and it earns no interest.

All purchases are made from the wallet. We never ask for card details.

A platform fee of 7.5% is deducted from each sale on the merchant side. Withdrawals carry a flat fee of ₦50.00.

When you buy, the money leaves your wallet immediately and the delivery details are released to you immediately, but the merchant is not paid at that moment. Their earnings sit in a pending balance for the protection window shown on the listing.

Raising a dispute inside that window freezes the merchant's payment while we review it.

Confirming receipt releases the payment early and closes your protection window. Only confirm once you have signed in and checked that what you bought works.

List only goods you have the right to sell, and upload the real delivery details before the listing goes live.

Honour the warranty period you set. If an account is unrecoverable on arrival, replace it or accept the refund.

Do not list stolen credentials, do not resell the same unit twice, and do not attempt to recover an account after selling it. Any of these will close your store and forfeit the balance held against the affected orders.

Buyer-to-merchant chat blocks phone numbers, email addresses, links and social handles. This is deliberate and it is not negotiable: a deal moved off InfinityLogz has no escrow, no delivery record and no dispute process.

Repeated attempts to route around that filter are grounds for suspension.

Support tickets are the only official channel through which we contact you. We will never message you on another platform, and we will never ask for your password.

You may not use InfinityLogz to buy or sell anything obtained through unauthorised access, to launder money, to defraud a platform or a person, or to do anything unlawful where you live.

We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and reserve the right to freeze a balance while an investigation is under way.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where a balance is not the subject of a dispute or an investigation, we will return it.

You can close your own account at any time by contacting support. Order records are retained afterwards, because they are the evidence in any later dispute.

We provide the marketplace as it is. We do not guarantee that a third-party platform will not later suspend an account you bought, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order it concerns.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use InfinityLogz after that means you accept them.
